Jessi did an unbelievable job getting us our luggage spotters within 4 days. We were under a time crunch and originally made the mistake of calling your competitor. After no help from them I called Jessi and she went and above to take care of us. Our company prides ourselves in customer service and it was refreshing to deal with someone who does the same.

We are extremely pleased with these luggage spotters as a tradeshow giveaway. The quality of the grippers is much higher than similar items on other sites, and we love that they also hold a business card on the inside of the gripper. Prompt, attentive service and product delivered on time. Will definitely order from QLP again, if needed.
