So, it is definitely safer and the logo will last longer if these were handwashed only. If placed in the dishwasher, after some time, the imprint could come off. A lot depends on the type of dishwasher that is being used, the temperature, and I would always advise you to place them in the top rack as well. I would not place the mug in a commercial dishwasher as that will definitely cause the imprint to come off. So long as the ink is not metallic, the mugs are microwave safe.
