Hi Paul, We received the mugs last night and LOVE them!! If I could, I'd hug you! Thank you again so much. We can't wait for our guests to take them home this weekend to remember our wedding. Thank you to your team working hard to make this happen.
Paul was AMAZING. Cups had an issue
Paul was seriously great, perfect perfect customer service and response time. He had all his ducks in a row and did everything to get us our cups asap. Although even with a correct proof the printing was STILL done on the wrong side of the cup. So it was completely a printing issue. Paul made everything right ASAP and did everything in his power to get us a form of compensation that worked for everyone. We will be ordering again because of Paul and the quality of imprint : )
