Are the mugs with screen printing dishwasher safe or should they only be hand washed?

If screen printed (1-color imprint only) and if placed in the top-rack of a non-commercial dishwasher they shouldn't really have an issue as if it is a commercial dishwasher the imprint is going to come off. Personal opinion - I would always prefer to hand wash as these items are promotional items.
