Overall good product.
The shipping is fast and the mugs came intact without any of them broken. Although it does not come with "how to take care" instructions. I haven't tried washing in dishwasher but so far the mugs are great quality ! Customer service is very nice as well.

Yes, you can drop ship as little as one piece. Drop shipments are $3.00 per shipment if the addresses are provided in Excel to match our template. The shipping cost for each location depends on the zip code shipped to and address type (business vs. residence). We can also ship/direct bill the individual drop shipments to your preferred carrier account if needed.
