I researched several companies for promotional products for our Tech Expo in September. I really loved the multi color puzzle cup holder. But I was concerned about getting it on time since we had to send it to our London office. My customer service representative was very attentive and called the production department and informed me of the timeline - from the time we had to place the order to the time it would be shipped to me. I was so impressed with Quality Logo Products willingness to help and attentiveness to details. The puzzles arrived just in time for our team member to transport the items to London. The puzzles were a hit with the attendees and everyone was satisfied with the quality of the product. Customer service and client satisfaction are vital for any business. Thank you! I have to say that you and your team always come through for us when we call with our "eleventh hour" orders!! It's much appreciated and we love working with Quality Logo. It had been suggested that on this particular order we go with another company to order a product that I couldn't find on your site.
