The process was quick and easy. The customer service representative responded quickly and made me feel confident in the product. The only issue with our order was that the proof we approved was altered and the final product was different from what we ordered. However, that being said they did alter it in a way that made the product better in my opinion. In the future I would like to know if something will be changed after final approval. 1 2 3 4 5 Fantastic Service & they were a HIT!
