Excellent service and quality

Every step of the process of ordering this tote was a pleasure. My only complaint is that the picture here doesn't do the bag justice. It looked great, it is sturdy and our logo printed perfectly. The customer service folks went above and beyond even tracking the product and keeping me informed. And to top it all off, this cost half of what every other tote cost online and local. I'll keep using this company over and over again!
