Great Bag
This bag was exactly how it looked- good quality and the logo was printed beautifully. Be mindful Of the dimensions listed- it's not super deep. But it worked well for what we needed! And shipping was fast!

Customer Service is outstanding! Worked with Jen to get the logo in the right place and she was very patient with me... (I'm very picky) When the product arrived, it had been printed in the wrong location. Contacted Kat and she had the bags reprinted at no additional cost to me, and told me to keep or donate the incorrect ones. Of course I donated them! The new ones arrived and they were/are PERFECT! Couldn't be happier! Beside excellent Customer Service, the production and shipment were very quick! Thank you Kat & Jen, once again!
