Keith was incredibly helpful the moment I submitted my request for samples. I received the samples and at the same time was able to submit my design and even had the design team "fix" it so that it would fit and look nice once printed. All of this happening in less than 3 weeks and coming in earlier than promised. Thank you, Keith and team!

It looks great. I think the material could be just a little thicker.

First off, the customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond to make your order right. The quality of the bags I purchased was exceptional, they were a thicker material that what I was anticipating and larger, the handles were reinforced and the imprinting was not just a thin layer but had some substance to it. When I received my first order their was slight hiccup but Nick and his team replaced everything with no additional cost. I was blown away, not even a slight delay. You will not regret purchasing from Quality Logo Products, they don't disappoint and go the extra mile. As well all know it is hard to find companies that do that anymore and stand behind their products.

I put my order in with the hopes of receiving it within 2 to 3 weeks. After speaking with Chad, I felt confident in my decision and the service I was being provided. I was even more pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived! I will definitely be using quality logo products again. Overall great experience.
