How Do I Add Artwork in Multiple Locations?

Some items have the option to add custom designs in multiple locations. For example, some water bottles allow you to print on the front and back. You’ll be able to view, add, and edit the artwork for all those locations in the same place in your portal.

To get started, go to the Needs Your Attention tab, find the relevant quote or order, and click View Details. You’ll see photos of each part of the product where you can add artwork. Next to each photo, you’ll see a preview of any artwork you’ve already uploaded for that location, or a grey box if you haven’t added any yet. To the right of the art preview, you’ll see the Imprint Location listed, so you can check exactly where on your product that art will be added.

Find the right location and click the Add Artwork button underneath its grey box. (It’s the same process if you want to edit artwork, but the box will be filled with your current design and the button will say Edit Artwork.) Alternatively, you can click the Edit Order or Edit Quote button near the top of the page, select Artwork from the dropdown menu, and select the location.

This will open a popup where you’ll be able to either choose artwork from your library of art that you’ve used previously, or add a new artwork file by clicking the blue Add New Artwork button. Once you’ve made your choice, hit Submit Changes. You’ll see a preview of the updated artwork, and choose your design color.

The first artwork you upload will automatically be added to all your locations. If you want different art in different locations, you can repeat these steps for each location until you have all your art in the right places.
