It’s only once you’re happy with everything about your order that we’ll ask you to confirm your payment method so we can start working on your products.

Needs Attention

To add or choose a payment method for your order, go to the Needs Your Attention tab and find the right order. Click anywhere on the preview to open the details view.

Once you’ve opened the Order Details, click the button that says Approve & Pay. This will open a popup where you can add a new payment method or choose an existing one.

To use an existing payment method, select it from the list and click Approve & Pay. By clicking this button, you’re confirming that you’re happy with your order details and your artwork, and also providing payment.

To add a new credit card, click Add New Card and enter your card details, then click Save. To add a new purchase order, click Upload Purchase Order and add the file from your computer. When you’re ready, select the correct payment method and hit Approve & Pay to confirm your order.

This will move your order into production – which means all you have to do now is track its progress in the portal and get excited!
