How to Check Your Order Status

We don't do things quite the same as Amazon. You can't track your order online, but that doesn't mean you won't know what's going on! Your sales rep will be in touch with you every step of the way.

You'll know the status of your order. An email will be sent to you:

  • after you approve your digital proof
  • after production of your order has begun
  • when your order has shipped
  • when your order is delivered

It may seem like a lot of emails, but it's good to be informed! Remember, you can always call or email your rep directly if you have any questions along the way.
