How Do I Edit My Quote?

Change product color or quantities

From the dropdown menu, choose Color & Quantity. A popup with the title Edit Your Quote will open, showing the current product color and quantity.

• To change the product color, simply select a new one from the list below.
• To change the product quantity, delete the current quantity and write the new number into the box.

When you’ve made all your changes, hit Save.

The Quotes Details page also has a section labeled Quote Details that shows a list of itemized charges. There’s a button at the top of this section that says Edit Color or Qty, which takes you to the same Edit Your Quote popup. You can also open the popup by clicking on the line with your product name and color in the row under Quote Details.

Change artwork

To replace your previously uploaded artwork, go to the Needs Your Attention tab, find the relevant quote, and click View Details. Next to the picture of the product, you’ll see a preview of your current artwork. Products with more than one imprint location will show previews for each location.

Under each preview is a button that says Edit Artwork. Click that button and you’ll get a popup where you’ll be able to either choose artwork from your library of art that you’ve used previously, or add a new artwork file by clicking the blue Add New Artwork button. Once you’ve made your choice, hit Submit Changes. You’ll see a preview of the updated artwork, and choose your design color.

Alternatively, you can click the Edit Quote button near the top of the page and select Artwork from the dropdown menu. For items with more than one imprint location, you’ll be prompted to select the one you want to edit.

Change logo color

Choose the Logo Color option from the Edit Your Quote dropdown menu. This will open a popup titled Edit Your Quote, where you’ll be able to choose from all the available logo colors for that product. When you’ve made your changes, hit Save.

Alternatively, you can see your current logo color listed to the right of your artwork preview. To change it, click the link labeled “edit”: This will also open the Edit Your Quote popup.

Change shipping address

When you click Edit Quote, select Shipping from the dropdown menu. This will open a popup that says Manage Addresses.

You’ll be able to choose from the addresses already saved to your account, or add a new one by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner. To search your existing addresses, click the magnifying glass next to the Add New button, and type in the name, phone number, or email address. When you’ve made all your changes, hit Save.

Change contact details

Under the Edit Quote dropdown menu, click Contact Info. This will open a popup titled Manage Contacts, where you can choose who will receive updates on your quote.

You’ll be able to select from contacts already saved under your account, or add a new contact by clicking the Add New button in the top right. To search your existing contacts, click the magnifying glass next to the Add New button, and type in the name, phone number, or email address. When you’ve made all your changes, hit Save.

Other edits

Depending on the product, you might be able to make other edits. For example, if you’re ordering a pen that comes with multiple ink color options, you’ll be able to edit the ink color.

These other options will all be listed on the dropdown menu that opens when you click Edit Quote. They’ll also be listed in the box showing your product details, next to a pencil icon and the word Edit: you can click the icon or Edit to change that specific detail. Remember to hit Save when you’re done. And that’s how you get your quote exactly the way you need it!
