We are confident you're going to love both our customer service and your products. But we also know things may happen. Sometimes you need to cancel your order for one reason or another, and that's okay! Here's what to do if you need to make changes or cancel your order.

We also make sure that before your order is finalized and shipped, you sign off on a digital proof of what your product will look like when it shows up at your door.

We process things pretty quickly after you complete the online order form, approve of your virtual proof, and submit payment. Your products are immediately sent to production in order to meet the guaranteed delivery date* specified on your order. If you need to make any changes to your order for any reason, please contact us right away!

Order Cancellations

The good news—we do not charge any cancellation fees! However, we will charge for any fees incurred up until your products go to production. But don't worry! We will send you several approval emails before we finalize your order, so you'll have plenty of time to make sure everything looks good before you approve!
