We process things pretty quickly after you complete the online order form, approve of your virtual proof, and submit payment. Your products are immediately sent to production in order to meet the guaranteed delivery date specified on our No Surprise Pricing® table. If you need to make any changes to your order for any reason, please contact us right away!
The good news—we do not charge any cancellation fees! However, we will charge for any fees incurred up until your products go to production. But don’t worry! We will send you several approval emails before we finalize your order, so you’ll have plenty of time to make sure everything looks good before you approve!
