UPS Ground is our standard method. For expedited shipping, we use either FedEx or UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight. We're also happy to use your UPS or FedEx account number to ship your products. The only exception is PO Box and APO/FPO orders, which will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Aren't happy with the delivery date? No problem! Upon placing an order, you can specify if you'd like your products at an earlier date. We'll even provide an updated total based on the cost of rush shipping.
We may need your autograph
Sometimes our shipments might require the delivery to be signed for. We do everything we possibly can to meet your delivery date and make sure that if you need to sign for it, it will be on a day you are available to do so. If you are not available to sign for your order and a notice is left, delivery is not considered to be late. Shipping charges will not be refunded if you are not available to sign for your package and delivery was attempted on the scheduled delivery date.

When will my order be processed? We process orders on Mondays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. We can't process or ship orders on major holidays.
Shipping available for all locations We definitely ship to our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, as well as internationally. Shipping methods and delivery times may vary, and UPS Ground and 3-Day shipping are not available for these locations.
