When will my order be processed?We process orders from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. We can't process or ship orders on major holidays.
Shipping available for all locationsWe definitely ship to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and internationally. Shipping methods and delivery times may vary, and UPS Ground and 3-Day shipping are not available for these locations.
We May Need Your AutographSometimes our shipments might require the delivery to be signed for. We do everything we possibly can to meet your delivery date and make sure that if you need to sign for it, it will be on a day you are available to do so. If you are not available to sign for your order and a notice is left, delivery is not considered to be late. Shipping charges will not be refunded if you are not available to sign for your package and delivery was attempted on the scheduled delivery date.
