Rush service is an old way of thinking at Quality Logo Products. All you need to do is choose a delivery date for your items, and we promise to take care of everything else! You get to choose the date that makes the most sense for you based on when you need your order.

Our website and portal will always provide a total price for shipping as well as an exact delivery date for your order. If the date listed doesn't work, we'll provide you with additional delivery options, aka rush shipping, so your products are always at your door right when you need them!

Need Your Products Right Away?

We want to make sure you get your products on time! That's why we offer a guaranteed delivery date. Your products will arrive on or before this date, no questions asked!

The guaranteed part does rely on us receiving certain things from you that we need to start production. For example, we need your custom artwork, your sign-off on the free artwork proof we create, and, yes, payment. Delays in sending these to us can change your guaranteed delivery date. That’s why whenever you see your guaranteed delivery date, you’ll also see a countdown showing how much time you have to get us this essential info and secure that delivery date.

On the product page

Near the Add to Cart button, you’ll see a “Delivered by” date and a countdown. If the date doesn't work for you, don't worry, we've still got you covered! Click on the date to see more available delivery date options and the associated cost of each.

On your order form

You’ll find your “Delivered by” date next to your total at the bottom of the order form, along with that all-important time window.

This is your chance to choose faster shipping, for an extra cost. You’ll see the available rush shipping dates and the price of each on the order form. As with your initial guaranteed delivery date, rush shipping dates also depend on you getting us the essential information we need to start customizing your products.

In your portal

Once you’ve placed your order or received a free quote, you’ll be able to keep track of your guaranteed delivery date in your portal. Go to the Needs Your Attention tab and scroll to find the right record. The date will be displayed in the preview. If you click on the preview to open the details, you’ll see your delivery date and a countdown showing how long you have to finalize your order. If the countdown runs out, the date will change – so if you have a deadline, make sure you get us that info in time.

You can also use the portal to track your package once it’s shipped. Click on the preview to open the details page, and scroll down to the Shipping Details section. You’ll see the date your products are scheduled to ship, and any tracking information.

We understand that knowing exactly when your products will arrive gives you peace of mind – especially when you’re planning an event. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery date, reach out to your sales rep and they’ll do everything they can to help you meet your deadlines.

Quick Ship

To ensure your order will reach you on time, most rush items can be printed only with a one color, one location imprint and are limited to the order quantities you see on the website. In most cases, additional charges apply for rush service.
