Ready to send us your artwork? We can't wait to see it! Here's how to get it to us.

Upload Your Artwork

You have the opportunity to upload your artwork a few times while placing your order. This is the quickest and easiest way to send us your design.

For example, when you add a product to your cart, you'll see the option to "Add Your Logo" on the left sidebar. Click the button that says "Add Your File," choose your file from your computer, and upload. That's it! If you don't have your artwork ready yet, or you want to change it later, don't worry: You'll see a similar button when you receive your quote and your proof.

In Your Portal

You can also submit your artwork on our online portal. Once you've placed your order, your order details will appear in your portal under the Needs Your Attention tab. You can see this tab at the top left of your portal home screen.

Once you're in the Needs Your Attention tab, find the order you're adding artwork for. In your order details, next to a picture of your product, you'll see a button that says Add Artwork. Click this button and upload your artwork from your computer. You'll also see options to choose your logo's color and, if applicable, where you'd like it to be on the product.

When we receive your artwork, we'll generate a proof of your finished product. You'll be able to see this in your portal, and either approve it or request changes. Once you sign off on the proof, we'll start working on your products, so make sure you triple check that the artwork looks perfect.

You can also send us your artwork as an email attachment or a Dropbox link at requests@qualitylogoproducts.com.

If you're sending via Dropbox, upload your artwork file to your own Dropbox, make sure it's public, and share the link with us.

If you're sending over email, we accept the following file types:

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  • Encapsulated PostScript (.eps)
  • CorelDRAW Document (.cdr)
  • JPEG (.jpg)
  • PNG (.png)
  • PDF (.pdf)
  • Photoshop Document (.psd)
  • Tag Image File Format (.tif or .tiff)

You'll still be able to see your proof in your portal.
