What does the pricing shown online include?

Frequently Asked Questions Ordering & Payment

We don’t like bad surprises so we don’t give you any! You can find the details of all the costs of your order on the product page and in your cart. After you place an order or get a quote, you’ll see a full breakdown of costs in your portal.

Product Price

Since we’re all about customization, we include the cost of decorating your products in the product price. There’s no extra “Decoration charge”: just one price that covers the product and the artwork. (We do sometimes charge a setup fee and for extra colors, but we’ll never spring these costs on you: find out more below.)

How much each product costs varies depending on how many you order. Under Pricing, you’ll see that different quantity ranges have different costs per unit. For example, a pen might cost $1 if you order between 100 to 300 pens, but only $0.90 per pen if you order between 301 and 400.

The more you buy, the lower the cost per unit. As you adjust the quantity you’d like, we’ll show you the subtotal based on the unit cost and the specific quantity (so no need to open the calculator app!)

Setup fee for printing

Setup Fees

Setup fees account for any materials the manufacturer needs to create your specific design. For example, for products that are screen printed, they need to create the stencil. Any setup fees are listed under the How We Add Your Logo Section towards the bottom of the product page.

Included Colors

You can find out how many colors are included in the product cost by looking at the bullet points at the top of each product page, or by scrolling down to the How We Add Your Logo section.

The number of colors included in the product cost depends on the method we use to add your design. This is determined by our manufacturers and cannot be changed. Products in the same category may use different customization methods: for example, some mugs are screen printed, while some mugs are digitally printed. This means that the number of colors included in the cost may vary even among the same type of product.

Additional Colors

Some products have the option to use more colors at an extra cost. If applicable, this will be listed under the How We Add Your Logo section. You can see how much each additional color would cost per item. For example, if you’re ordering 200 pens and you want to add one additional color at a cost of $0.20 per pen, that would be an extra $40.
