It's time to talk about our art proofs. After you've submitted your custom artwork, we'll send you a free digital proof of how your design will look when it's printed on your promotional products. We like free things, so we figured you would, too!

Your art proof will feature your artwork sized to scale, so it's the closest representation of how the items you order will look. We do our best to review each proof for errors, but we ask you to look over your proof, too. Check it to make sure everything looks good to you, including:

Spelling, imprint color, imprint size, even color, and font spacing

Why do we ask you to look all of this over? Quality Logo Products cannot be held responsible for any errors on art proofs that you sign and approve. In addition, Quality Logo Products cannot be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the error or mistake after the order has been printed and accepted by the customer.

After you get your art proof, look it over carefully, maybe with the help of a friend or two.

How to View and Approve Your Artwork Proof

Your proof is linked to your quote in the portal. To find it, go to the Needs Your Attention tab, find the relevant record, and click View Details. You’ll see a picture of your design, next to a download icon. Click the button to view a downloadable high resolution PDF of your proof.

Approve and Pay

When You're Ready to Approve

Check it all: your file, your copy, including any text, colors such as product color, logo color and size, and how your design looks in the mockup. We also recommend one last proofread! When you’re absolutely happy, click Approve & Pay.

If You Want to Make Changes

If something isn’t right, you can let us know on the Details page. Click Edit Order or Edit Quote, and select Artwork from the dropdown menu. This will open a popup where you’ll be able to tell us what you’d like to change.

You can write your notes in the text box: Please be as specific and detailed as possible. You’ll also be able to choose a different color for your design, choose different artwork from your artwork library, or upload new artwork by clicking the Add New Artwork button.

Time is of the essence

If you notice an error after you've approved and submitted your art proof, call or email us as soon as possible! While we can't guarantee anything, the sooner you contact us, the better chance we have to try to fix the mistake before your items are printed.

What you see on the art proof is what goes to production, so don't treat it the same way as the terms and conditions when upgrading apps on your phone. Make sure you look it over before you sign anything!
