Our products are made by hand, meaning no two stress balls or shapes are exactly the same. Since the density of polyurethane varies from item to item, it is impossible to guarantee consistent uniform imprint or item color. Although we feel our imprint quality is the best in the industry, a certain amount of distortion is unavoidable. However, we will recommend the best layout for your artwork!

Understanding Over Runs and Under Runs

Due to the nature of production standards, over runs and under runs may occur within a 5% - 10% range. If you require a specific amount, we strongly encourage you to order 10% more than your target quantity.

We will only charge you for the quantity shipped, not for products you do not receive. And if you receive more than your intended quantity, you won't be charged for the surplus!
