Standard production is the time it takes to imprint and package your items. The vendors have an established time for production, which will affect your order. The time it takes to print and distribute your products will vary depending on the item you choose.

However, a confirmed delivery date will be reflected on your order confirmation email and in your portal. If the delivery date on screen doesn't work for your deadline, we have other options for you. Remember, you can always select rush service, which will make the time you wait for your promotional products much shorter. We guarantee your products will be in your hands on time, every time!

Let's Get Your Products Printed!

To get your products from your screen into production, we need you to approve your proof, order, and pay. You can do this easily and quickly in your portal.

Under the Needs Your Attention tab, open the correct order.

Check your proof one last time. To view it as a downloadable high resolution PDF, click the download icon below the image of your design.

Once you’re sure that everything is spelled correctly, go back to the details view and click Approve & Pay. This will open a popup where you can add a new payment method or choose an existing one, then pay.

When you pay, you’re letting us know that you’re happy with your proof and order, and are ready for us to start work on your products – so consider checking for typos one more time!

Track Your Order’s Progress

Another useful feature of the order details page is the progress bar. You can see this below the pictures of your product and artwork. It shows you which stage your order is in, from when you start the order through when it’s gone into production, shipped, and been delivered. It’s peace of mind throughout the whole process!
